Getting rid of unwanted Shared Cells

Shared cells tend to litter design files without one realising.

Whilst updating a pattern cell library I couldn't work out why the revised patterns were not appearing. Then I realised that there were shared cells in the file that were being read before the revised cells from the library because I was using the same name for the updated cells.

The other case that could come up in V8 is when you are trying to delete apparently empty levels, but MicroStation says that there are elements on the levels. It could be that there are shared cells in the file with elements on the otherwise empty levels.
