Our keynote presentation was given by Mervyn Richards, an established expert in the processes now known as BIM. The question "What is BIM?" has a variety of answers, many of which are at best misleading
It was an impassioned and hard hitting, discourse on collaborative working and BIM today, outlining some of the lessons learnt, with historical precedents from the many projects he has been involved with.
